A Visit to the Dairy

Joshua and I met some friends, Hope, Hannah, and Josiah at the Dairy last Friday for a fun day of touring and, of course, ice cream!

The tour was very interesting and the ice cream was great, but we fully expected to see some cows. Joshua and I talked about cows all morning and all the way to the Dairy. So, imagine our disappointment when one of the first things spoken by the tour guide was, "There are no cows on the tour. The milk comes into the facility by truck." Well, who knew?

Finally.....my swingset!

Thank you, thank you Daddy for working so hard on Joshua's swingset!

We have been trying to decide on a swingset for several months now. We finally found this one and decided we liked it the best. All of the customer reviews were great! The only negative comment was the actual building of the set. Every customer review stated that it would take several more hours to construct than the instructions stated. So, after several days of work and many, many hours we were able to get the slide and swing up so we canuse it. We still have a little more work to do, but at least we can play on it!!!

The children's museum

Today, we finally made it to the children's museum!!! There were so many great things to see and do - trains, planes, firetrucks, slides! We had so much fun and can't wait to go again!
